The Black Belt and Green Belt Course is extremely cost effective; other courses charge from $13,000 to $22,000 per Black Belt course. Quantum Leap Engineering has blended two powerful continuous improvement tools into this unique course. A number of hands-on demonstrations and illustrative workshops using dice, blenders, catapults, helicopters and measuring devices will be completed in the class by both Black Belts and Green Belts. These demonstrations and workshops are used to explain, reinforce and help each participant to learn many of the tools presented in class. Minitab Statistical Software will be used for all data analysis from the demonstrations and workshops as well as many other class examples using collected data. A test will be given at the end of the class for both Black Belt and Green Belt certification. The Black Belts are also required to complete one Six Sigma plus Lean Project to complete their certification.
