The Six Sigma Plus Lean "Boot Camp" Training - Green Belt Certification course is a 5-day training program. This course allows the participants to learn and experience the Six Sigma plus Lean philosophy as well as several basic tools. A multiple-choice test will be given at the end of the course and completion of a Green Belt project is required for certification.

Day 3: Analyze Phase Six Sigma plus Lean:
- Introduction to Hypothesis Testing and extensions
- Understand the application of Confidence Intervals
- Minitab Analyze Phase Applications
- Interpretation of Analytical Study Results
Day 4: Improve Phase Six Sigma plus Lean:
- Introduction to the Design of Experiment approach and extensions
- Minitab Improve Phase Applications
- Interpretation of DOE Results
Day 5: Control Phase Six Sigma Plus Lean:
- Review Traditional SPC Methodology
- Control Charts: Variables & Attribute
- Interpretation of Control Charts
- Minitab Control Phase Applications
- Lean Tools for Control Phase
- Green Belt Test
